The Stealth Sledgehammer
Subwoofers serve two purposes. They must provide quick agile bass with slam and must remain invisible when no bass is present in the music. Too often, however, they cast a shadow on the entire system. Traditional fiber and wood based cabinets store energy and release it as a “shadow” of the signal, destroying the speed and articulation of the entire system.

Cerious Bass subwoofers are anything but traditional. Cast of proprietary synthetic ballistic ceramic, each cabinet is one of the most rigid on the market, while dissipating energy like a lightning rod. There is no sonic shadow, because the cabinet is incapable of storing energy. Bass simply “appears” in the soundstage when the music demands it, and disappears with no hint of overhang.
